A scarlet so saturated it reads almost as paint. One of the boldest in the Lone Star series.
Stone lithographs from Schmidt Litho Company of San Francisco, printed for Lone Star Seed Co of San Antonio in the 1940s — images so vivid they were left without pricing until the 1950s, when the packets were finally filled in and distributed. This one never made it to a garden. New old stock, never used, in excellent condition with only the faintest age yellowing. The Okra illustration is a standout — a rich, saturated green that photographs beautifully and displays even better.
Frame it alone, group it with others, or add it to one of our framed seed packet displays. A great conversation piece for a kitchen or dining room.
