This original La Flor de Garcia y Vega inner box label is a 1930s chromolithograph from the golden age of label design, produced for the Garcia y Vega Company of New York. A young woman in fine clothing — a delicate lace collar, a gold hair comb — stands in a sunlit park carving the initials “G y V 1882” into a tree, while figures stroll by in the background. The scene is framed by embossed gold flowers, green leaves, and G y V crests. Marked “La Flor de Garcia y Vega, Fine Since 1882.” The upper edge notes this was a label for a box of Napoleon-branded goods. One available.

Garcia y Vega remains an active brand today — making this 1930s label a piece of a genuinely living brand history.
