This is an original Omar Quality Cigars inner label — a 1920s chromolithograph produced by the Consolidated Lithographing Corporation of Brooklyn, New York for the American Tobacco Company of New York. It is one of the most visually spectacular labels in the collection. An Arabian prince in fine robes sits on a prayer rug beside his ornate travel tent, surrounded by scrolls and objects of luxury, beautiful flowers and palm trees framing the scene, men on camels visible in the background. The border is a masterwork of embossed gilded roping, scrolls, and two golden genie lamps. Marked The Nation's Sensation, Quality Omar Cigars. Very glossy, heavily embossed and gilded — an extraordinarily expensive label to produce, and every dollar shows.

New Old Stock, never used, mint condition. Age-appropriate yellowing on the reverse only — the face is vivid and pristine. Two available.
