Details: Very beautiful Oriental/Asian artisan decorated pewter trinket box. It is shaped like a duck, (maybe a loon?). It has brass accents on the wings, tail and eye. It opens up to a shallow bowl where you can hide all sorts of small items like jewelry, office supplies, perhaps stamps or paper clips, maybe even an extra key. It is embossed on the bottom: "Made in Hong Kong". You will see in the pictures, the original price from 40 years ago was $39.00, that's the equivalent of $265 dollars in today's value. Unique home decor, would be a great addition on a desk or bookshelf, or as a gift for an Asian decor collector.
