Kristal Zajecar was established in 1974 in Yugoslavia.  They were known for their high quality and beautiful, intricate designs, are are still sought after by collectors, especially designs issued in the 1970's and 1980's.  Due to political and economic reasons, starting in the 1990's, they finally had to close the company in the early 2000's.
