This is a vintage ceramic teapot made in Japan, circa 1970s–1980s. Cream/beige ground with a hand-painted brown floral vine on trellis design and additional brown accents, all under a high-shine glaze. Stamped "Made in Japan." Holds 32 oz. One piece available.
A manufacturing depression/divot on the inside of the lid — not a chip, part of the production process (photographed). Crazing throughout — consistent with age. No other issues.
