Details: This is a very pretty china teacup and matching saucer. The pattern shows large pink roses scattered all around the cup. The saucer has four roses around the border. They both have a gold rim and the cup has a gold detail on the handle. What makes this cup special is two-fold, the pretty rounded shape, looks almost Victorian, plus the fact that it is very fine porcelain, very translucent. Both the cup and the saucer are embossed with darling swirls in the porcelain. We think it would be pure pleasure to drink coffee or tea from this fine cup. Both pieces are stamped on the bottom simply with: "Japan". Excellent for a tea party, ladies luncheon or just to indulge yourself in something beautiful. If you're a teacup collector, this will be a great addition to your collection.
