Details: This is a very simple and elegant china teacup with matching saucer, the pictures do not fully represent the beauty of this piece. This pattern is so classic, it probably explains why it was in production for so many years! It consists of a golden laurel leaves along the inside cup border and along the saucer's border. On the outside of the cup is a single, thin, gold line, same line is visible around the saucer's verge. All pieces are rimmed in gold and there's a gold accent on the teacup handle. All this against the wonderful Lenox cream colored china just takes it over the top. Both pieces have the backstamp with the Lenox logo and: "Lenox, Made in USA, Imperial P-338". A lovely set, ideal for the tea cup collector, as a Mother's Day gift, for a beautiful luncheon, Tea Party or for a Bridal Shower, or of course for your favorite tea lover or you!
