This puffer fish (or blowfish) features a scaled crystal body and frosted fins, catching every angle. Part of Swarovski's "South Sea" collection, sold in three sizes; this is the medium of the three, introduced in 1987 and since retired. (A newer puffer fish design by Edith Mair followed in 2017 and has also since been retired.) This one carries the highly desired "S-inside-C" etched mark, used from approximately 1976 to 1988. One available.

A playful, polished addition for a Swarovski collector, a coastal-themed shelf, or anyone who appreciates crystal animal figurines.

Swarovski's crystal animal figurines date back to 1976, beginning with a mouse created for the Innsbruck Winter Olympic Games — a line that has since grown to more than a thousand different designs. The brand itself traces to 1895, when Daniel Swarovski, who learned glass-cutting from his father, patented the first electric precision crystal-cutting machine and opened his own crystal business in Austria, laying the foundation for what is now one of the oldest and largest names in the luxury crystal industry.
