The Barocco pattern by Angelo Masserini of Italy is exactly what it sounds like — all texture and exuberance, every edge a cascade of glass bubbles that turns something as simple as a tidbit tray into a small work of decorative art.
At 9 inches across with a pedestal base and silver-tone center handle, this is the kind of tray made for passing chocolates, petits fours, or after-dinner mints — or for corralling small treasures on a vanity or side table. A long crack runs from the center outward; notably, it cannot be felt from either the top or bottom surface and the piece remains intact. We believe it's still functional and are honest about its condition — priced accordingly, and photographed from every angle.
For the Italian glass collector, the maximalist table setter, or anyone who appreciates European decorative glass with genuine character — at a price that reflects its condition.
