A magnificent silverplated beverage pitcher from A. Cohen & Sons Co. (founded 1911), with a tall ornate handle, ice lip for easier pouring, and four elegantly fluted legs — each foot finished with an acanthus leaf and a small flower. The style sits somewhere between Victorian and French; either way, it is unmistakably elegant. Unmarked except for “Silver Plated.” Equally at home on a formal buffet, a bar cart, or holding a generous arrangement of flowers.
