Sheridan Taunton Silversmiths produced refined silverplate hollowware in Taunton, Massachusetts from the 1940s through the 1970s, and this pitcher is a fine example of their craft. The bulbous “melon rib” body — prominent vertical ribs on a rounded form — is balanced by four intricate floral feet and a clean, classic handle. Ice lip included. Holds a generous 64 oz (8 cups). Any dark center areas in photos are reflections, not damage.
