A cardinal perches on a branch across bold red felt, its name spelled out in a charming "twig" font — letters built to look like pieces of wood.
We scoured the internet for another example of this pennant and came up empty — this one appears to be a genuinely rare find. Beyond its rarity, the hand-lettered stick-style font is a standout detail, giving it an especially woodsy, handcrafted feel. Based on its construction and simplicity of design, we estimate it dates to the 1950s or '60s.
