The Ronson Corporation was founded by Louis Aronson in 1906 and built a long history of innovation and patents in lighters and smoking accessories. The Queen Anne, patented under U.S. Patent 2,481,195, was produced in Newark, New Jersey between 1950 and 1961, with an Art Deco silhouette that layers a scrolled top, a beaded center band, and embossed stripes fading toward its oval pedestal base. Ronson remains active today, with the Ronson and Ronsonol brands now part of the Zippo Manufacturing Company.
