Royal Crown Derby's Imari pattern — in tin. Deep navy, pink florals, gold filigree. Getting harder to find.

Royal Crown Derby's Traditional Imari is one of English ceramics' most enduring and celebrated patterns — deep cobalt blue, rich red, and gold, borrowing from 18th-century Japanese Imari porcelain. This embossed metal tin, believed made by The Metal Box Co under a licensed agreement with Crown Derby, faithfully translates that language into a footed round biscuit tin with an elegant finial lid: navy blue ground, pink florals, gold filigree swirls. Embossed construction gives the surface real depth. Printed on the bottom: Made in England, Crown Derby. Minor surface scratches and rust spots consistent with age — for display only, not for food.

A standout piece for the serious English tin collector, the Royal Crown Derby enthusiast, or anyone who loves the Imari palette. Increasingly difficult to find in this condition.
