Made by Bristol Ware for Hershey's Food Corporation in the 1980s, this small rectangular tin depicts an early 1900s dining room scene with a boy who has strong opinions about sharing his chocolate. The tin has a rich burgundy/wine color with a textured surface and a charming period illustration. Empty, interior very clean. Rust spots on the bottom and edges, photographed.
A delightful piece for the Hershey's collector, the advertising tin enthusiast, or anyone who appreciates a bit of nostalgia on the kitchen shelf.
