Desert Rose has been on American tables since 1941 — one of the most beloved dinnerware patterns ever produced in this country, and still instantly recognizable.

This set of four was made in 1995 in England, when Franciscan production had moved to the Johnson Brothers division of Wedgwood — a chapter that collectors know well. The classic embossed pink rose and green leaf motif on off-white ceramic is dishwasher and microwave safe, making these as practical as they are pretty. The warm beige-cream ground gives the pattern its characteristic softness.
