This piece is from Jasco's Luvkins line of hand-painted bisque porcelain votive holders, dated to 1976 via the Roman numeral on the original foil sticker ("MCMLXXVI"), which still reads: "Hand Painted Porcelain, Little Luvkins, Taiwan." He's a rare figure in the Luvkins collection — not easily found — and works as a votive or tealight holder, or even a toothpick holder.
