Crowley in Carrollton, Texas in 1957, structured around a network of women selling direct to consumers — a model that made them one of America's most recognized home décor brands. At their peak in the early 1990s, sales exceeded $850 million. The company filed for bankruptcy in 2008 and eventually became Celebrating Home. Their figurines, especially the Masterpiece Porcelain series, are beloved by collectors.
