Phyllis Ann Parkins was an American doll artist from Rolla, Missouri, known for hand-signed, limited-edition collectible dolls produced over more than two decades. She moved from doll reproductions into her own original designs in 1979 and passed away in December 2013. Her dolls were typically produced in small, limited editions, making them highly prized by vintage doll enthusiasts today.
