Each earring features a cloisonné bead with raised gold-tone wirework surrounding pink enamel flowers and green leaves on a metallic copper background, topped with a small wooden bead. Lightweight, with French copper shepherd hook wires and silicone backs. Handcrafted, so slight variations between the two are part of their charm.
A lovely gift for the vintage jewelry lover, the boho collector, or anyone who appreciates the unhurried artistry of handmade things.
Cloisonné, the technique of forming enamel designs within thin metal wire compartments, has been used in jewelry-making for centuries, prized for the way it lets vivid color sit permanently within a defined, sculptural outline.
