White, pink, and yellow spider mums fill the composition against a clean white ground, surrounded by green leaves and finished with a bright gold rim. The plate is artist signed on the front — the signature reads as "J To" or possibly "J Tos" — and stamped Hand Painted on the back. Pre-drilled for hanging with wire, or display with a plate stand.
