The Sea Crest pattern from Oneida earns its name — the handles are a swirling composition of curves and lines that genuinely evoke waves, and the lid finial is a small sculpture in its own right. Both pieces sit on a round pedestal base; the creamer has a gold interior lining, which enhances the look and is said to offer added protection against tarnish. Both are marked with the cursive Oneida USA mark used before 1965, placing them firmly in the mid-century era. One small mark on the creamer exterior is photographed for your review — it may buff out with silver polish.
