Produced for just three years by a Pittsburgh glasshouse that closed before the decade was out, the Rose in Snow pattern endures as one of the loveliest of the Victorian pressed glass era.

Campbell Jones & Company introduced pattern #0125 in 1883 — three large embossed roses with stems and leaves rising from a field of dense stippling, finished with a ruffled border that gives the whole piece a soft, romantic quality. Made from clear non-flint pressed glass in three molds, it carries the precision and delicacy that define the best American EAPG. Finding a piece this old in this condition — no chips, no cracks — is genuinely uncommon.

A beautiful addition to a grandmillennial or romantic interior, a collector's piece, or an heirloom-quality gift for someone who appreciates things made with intention and preserved with care.
