This is a vintage Arabic Dallah coffee pot in hand-carved brass, made in India. The Dallah is the traditional Bedouin vessel for brewing spiced coffee — a practice with roots going back to the 17th century. A different carved design on each side. Unmarked beyond country of origin. Not cleaned — the aged brass patina is exactly what collectors want. The 2.5" miniature and 8" Jerusalem Dallah are also available in the shop.
