This red hard plastic swizzle spoon from the Delawana Inn in Ontario, Canada features an open-mouth bass at the top — a nod to the legendary fishing on Georgian Bay, where the Delawana Inn has operated as a resort since the late 19th century. A swizzle stick with a fish on it from a Canadian fishing resort is about as specific a piece of cocktail ephemera as it gets, and the bass detail is wonderfully rendered.
