Details: A stunning brooch, part of the Jackie Kennedy Collection from Camrose & Kross, in pristine condition. This is the peacock brooch, covered in Swarovski Crystals in orange, green and a large blue stone for the eye. The pin has a roll over safety clasp, works very well. It is marked "JBK" and retains the original case. Camrose & Kross created replicas of several jewelry pieces from our former First Lady, all are recognized as high-quality costume jewelry. After much research, we believe this one is silverplated and contains Swarovski crystals. We dated it based on an article by Collector's Weekly that states Camrose & Kross manufactured these JBK pieces starting in 1986. The JBK collection are no longer being made, the molds have been destroyed, therefore pieces from The Jacqueline Kennedy Collection are becoming more and more scarce, highly collectible. Perfect Valentine's Day gift.
