Three of the most beloved breakfast bowls in American dinnerware history — together.
Desert Rose was introduced in 1941 and grew into one of the most collected patterns ever made. These three cereal bowls were produced in England after Franciscan's manufacturing shifted there circa 1979, made by Johnson Brothers under the Wedgwood umbrella — still carrying the classic hand-painted pink rose on warm off-white ceramic. The shallow, wide profile is perfect for cereal and oatmeal, but equally lovely filled with olives, nuts, or a small fruit salad.
Complete a set, start one, or use them as charming individual serving bowls for casual entertaining. They make a particularly sweet housewarming or birthday gift for anyone with a love of vintage American patterns.
