Details: This bowl has a real down-home, old fashioned country look. We could not pinpoint the date of manufacture but we know that Universal-Cambridge was the maker of ceramic bowls and dinnerware from 1934-1954. The bowl has a very hard to find red floral pattern with black leaves and a red stripe along the rim. It is oven-proof, but being so old, we're not sure it should be for oven use, nor for food use. It is heavy, feels very substantial in your hands. Great for a country or farmhouse kitchen decor, perfect display piece!

Condition: Vintage - Used. Very Good Condition considering its age. There is lots of crazing, wear on the rim, discoloration (brown spots) on the bottom/base, and a crack line, all acceptable due to age/use/wear.
