Bold, optimistic, and utterly of its moment — this 1968 Walker's Bourbon decanter wears the atomic starburst motif that defined American design at the height of the Space Age.

  • Maker: Hiram Walker & Sons — Owens-Illinois Glass
  • Materials: Glass
  • Dimensions: 10.5" tall (with stopper), approx. 4.0" wide, 26 oz capacity
  • Origin: USA
  • Era: Vintage, 1968
  • Condition: Good — small chip on one corner of the stopper; cork shows wear; no other issues. Please review photos closely before purchasing, as all sales are final.

The octagonal stopper features its own atomic star dead center, and even the bottom of the bottle gets one, alongside the Owens-Illinois Glass mark embossed with "Liquor Bottle, 65 I 68 5." Four pour spouts at the collar make it as functional as it is decorative. Originally sold with Walker's Bourbon, a brand now discontinued, making this bottle a genuine piece of American spirits history.

Perfect for anyone who loves mid-century modern design, atomic age collectibles, or barware with a story.

Hiram Walker & Sons was founded in 1858 in Detroit by Hiram Walker, who eventually moved operations to Walkerville, Ontario, and grew the company into one of the largest distilling operations in North America.
