Long before it became known as "Mad Dog" budget wine, Mogen David bottled its Deluxe Concord in a decanter faceted like fine crystal — proof the brand once aimed considerably higher.

The distinctive neck shape gives it a silhouette unlike anything else in the collection. The bottom is embossed "MD-1975."
Compact enough for a bar cart, elegant enough for a dinner table — a great gift for anyone who wants a decanter that punches above its price. Originally sold with Mogen David Deluxe Concord Wine, now empty and ready to be filled with whatever you like: whiskey, bourbon, wine, or even water for the table.
Mogen David (now MD 20/20, affectionately known as "Mad Dog") was founded in 1933 in Chicago by a group of Jewish immigrants and originally produced kosher wines for the community — by the 1960s and 1970s they were issuing premium limited edition decanters like this one, a far cry from their later reputation as a budget wine brand.
