A monk. A beer glass. A tradition going back to 1907.
This is an authentic Sigel Kloster Weizen-Biere wheat beer glass, made in Germany and marked by Rastal — a family-run German glassware company founded in 1919 that has been crafting brewery glasses for over 100 years. The glass features the Sigel Kloster logo: a monk holding a beer glass, a nod to the monastery brewing tradition. Tall and generously sized at 0.5L, with a wonderful shape and a gold-accented decal showing some natural vintage wear. Blown glass, no chips, cracks, or scratches.
"Weizen-Biere" simply means wheat beers — a style first introduced in 1907. This glass was made to honor that tradition.
A beautiful addition to a beer glass collection, a German-themed bar, or as a Father's Day gift for the craft beer lover who appreciates the real thing.
Sigel Kloster beer is brewed by Klosterbrauerei GmbH in Metzingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, and is also part of the Dinkelacker Schwabenbräu GmbH product range.
