A wonderful pilsner glass from Franziskaner Wheat Beer in Germany. It features the Franziskaner logo of a monk drinking a beer and the words "Das Frische an Bayern" (the freshness of Bavaria). This glass has a unique feature we haven't seen much: several "rings" towards the bottom, which almost look like an area for your fingers to hold the glass comfortably. It is marked SQHM (Shaker Quality Half Mugs), which are beer glasses used in bars and restaurants, made to hold 16 to 18 ounces of beer, and also marked 0.5L, approx. 16.9 ounces.

A wonderful addition to a beer glass collection, an excellent gift for beer aficionados, bar decor, or for your favorite beer drinker, and a great Father's Day gift.

Franziskaner Weissbier is brewed by Spaten-Franziskaner-Bräu GmbH, a brewery in Munich, Germany, known for its long history dating back to 1363, and now part of the Anheuser-Busch group.
