"The Backstage Pass People", it is a printed cloth* patch.  The patch colors are various shades of green and black with silver, black and silver foil lettering.  It is in Pristine Condition, highly suitable for framing, suggested, to maintain condition.  Instructions read:  "Do not apply to Leather, Velvet, Corduroy, Suede or Plastic".
