While made as a single-use catchall piece — elegant enough to give each card player their own — collectors today display these as trinket dishes, shelf accents, or grouped in small galleries with other Jasperware pieces.
The trefoil club shape sets it apart from the round Jasperware pieces — a more unusual find for collectors. Three neoclassical Greek mythology figures grace the center, framed by the signature border of grape clusters and trailing vines. The powdery blue is the most coveted of all Jasperware colorways, and this piece wears it beautifully.
