- Details: The ever popular King's Crown pattern, (also known as Thumbprint), offered here in the Olive Green (or Avocado) color. This water goblet features the traditional ovals and zigzag markings of the Kings Crown pattern. There is a long history of this pattern, originally introduced by Adams Glass Co. during the late 1800's, called Excelsior. It became a very popular pattern and was copied by several other glass manufacturers, including Indiana Glass. We are pretty confident these glasses are Tiffin Glass and not Indiana Glass. The oval/elongated thumbprints (vs round on Indiana), plus the flared top rim (vs straight on Indiana), confirmed our conclusion, but we're not experts, please review pictures and make your own determination if this is important to you. These green glasses will brighten any table setting. Perfect for Spring, Easter, St Patrick's Day and even into Fall mixed with more rustic tableware.
