Details: This is a very collectible ornament, originally sold by Jasco as part of their L'il Chimers Heirloom Doll collection. Not sure how many there are in the collection but we know of at least 6. The reason they are called "Chimers" is because they are actually bells. Their little legs are loose and act as the bell clapper, they are porcelain and make a very nice sound. The ornament is handcrafted, with hand painted faces and shoes, etc. This doll has a green dress and a red yarn bow on her hair. She is holding a basket in one hand and a candy cane in the other. The dress is flocked to look like velvet and has a pretty lace ruffle detail on the hem. We have the original box and secure packaging, even the foam that secures the porcelain legs is in place. They are not dated but based on some research, we are confident they are from the 70's. Jasco released other L'il Charmers in the 1980's but they are not these dolls. This ornament will make a great addition to your L'il Chimers Collection, it would also make a great gift for any doll collector, and will make a pretty addition to your tree or wreath.
