- Details: A wonderful cigar box label from White-Cat Cigars Brand. This label has a very detailed image of a great big furry white cat sitting on an even bigger cigar. It is marked "Standard Quality". While the majority of the cigar labels of this era featured people, some used animals like cats, dogs, horses, and wolves. This label is beautifully embossed and gilded, was printed by the Consolidated Lithography Corp of Brooklyn NY (1911 - 1980), and is a spectacular looking label. A great example of chromolithograph, (Chromolithography is a unique method for making multi-color prints which became the most successful of several methods of color printing developed by the 19th century). Guaranteed Genuine/Original. Absolutely wonderful unused condition, suitable for framing, and recommended to maintain this condition.
