- Vintage Floral Vase, Asian Style Black Porcelain with Red Poppy Flowers, 1970's Chinoiserie, Fine China Japan Import, (Discontinued)
- Details: Vintage floral vase from Japan featuring Asian style red poppies on a glossy black porcelain background. Made by Fine China Japan, it's a wonderful piece of Chinoiserie in the harder to find Black Colorway, with a mid century modern and/or retro look. This piece was made in the 1970's and has been discontinued for years, it is not easily found. It has an unusual shape, known as "Whale Tail" design. The bottom retains the original "Fine China Japan" brand foil sticker, important to collectors.
How You Can Use It - This vase will be at home in either Asian / Oriental decor, or retro 70's style homes. Display it with flowers or alone as an art piece. Gift it to a poppies lover or collector of oriental wares. - Material: Porcelain
- Dimensions: 10.5 inches Tall, 5 5/8 inches Wide (at its widest point-top opening), oval base is 3.75 inches Wide.
- Condition: Vintage - Used. Excellent Condition. There are no chips, cracks, or scratches. Gold is in excellent condition. There is a bit of glue residue on the bottom from a previous label, we didn't remove in case we also removed the Fine China Japan "brand" label, but you can probably take it off with "goo-gone" or similar. Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns. Please remember these are VINTAGE and ANTIQUE items, they are NOT new, every effort has been made to show any scratches, wear and tear and imperfections.
