- Details: Very rare, very old earthenware bread & butter / dessert plates from W.R. Midwinter, England. The pattern is a beautiful floral with: pink and dark pink roses as well as smaller yellow roses. This is Earthenware, which differs from Bone China in the type of clay used, and the lower firing temperature needed in the process. The shape of the plate is lovely, it has indentations in the clay around the edge which gives it a semi-swirled border. This pattern is rare and mixes very nicely with pink depression glass and other tableware colors. We also have the fruit/cereal bowls and salad plates available in this pattern, together they make a nice luncheon set. The set would be great for soup and sandwich, a ladies get-together, or even a tea party. It is perfect for mixing and matching with other china sets.

- Condition: Vintage- Used. Very Good Vintage Condition. There is lots of crazing as expected in these very old dishes.
