Details: This urn is simple and beautiful, it is forged brass by Japanese artisans. It has a oriental feel but also a bit art deco in its design with sharp geometric shapes. The base is round with three "feet" and a pretty "swirl" bracket design. The bottom retains its original label, looks like a very old label that simply reads: "Japan". The urn has not been cleaned as many love the patina of old brass, however, if you prefer shiny brass, this should clean up very nicely. Lovely as decor on its own, gorgeous with a few eucalyptus leaves or flowers (real or faux). Would fit right in with a modern decor style or a more traditional style. Really a unique and lovely piece, great gift idea!
