Details: This is a lovely teapot, and very old, may even be an antique. It has a lovely flower in deep dark purple and another in grey and pink. It has a very unique shape, almost like an A-line, wider towards the bottom with a large looped handle. The backstamp reads simply: "Arthur Wood, England" plus what we believe to be a pattern number, "5436". This backstamp goes back to 1904 when Arthur Wood became sole owner, it wasn't until 1928 that the company name was changed to Arthur Wood & Sons, so this could very well be an antique teapot. As expected, there is crazing and tea stains inside due to age/use/wear, please see "Condition" below. A real treasure for the antique teapot collector!

Dimensions: 5.5 inches Tall (including lid), 9.0 inches Wide (including handle and spout), and it's approx 6.0 inches in Diameter at its widest point.
Condition: Vintage - Used. Very Good Vintage / Antique Condition. There is crazing all over and tea stains inside. All acceptable due to age/use/wear. NO chips, no scratches.
