It has a gorgeous simple design of White Calla Lilies on a black stripe background, with large green leaves, which is very beautiful and still looks fresh today. Both pieces are footed and have the same design, the sugar bowl has a lid with black and white stripes. They are accented in Platinum on the center, the handle , the rim and the foot.
