Federal Glass Company was founded in Columbus, Ohio in 1900, first producing shakers, goblets, and jars before expanding into the tableware patterns we now call Depression Glass. Their Yorktown pattern, also known as Colonial, was inspired by museum and private collections of historic American glass. When Federal closed in 1980, sister company Indiana Glass acquired their molds and reissued several patterns.
Pair it with our Indiana Glass Sandwich pattern snack set — made by the company that carried on Federal's molds and history — for a complementary collection.
