Details: Exceptional hand-work in this beautiful piece of 3D art. This graceful Geisha is wearing a red brocade kimono with lots of gilding. Her hair is meticulously coiffed with added flowers, barretts and other embellishments. She looks like she's made of porcelain but we could not determine exact material. The background is an oriental print Damask, either paper or fabric, again, unable to determine without opening. There are Japanese characters on the right side and a hanko (stamp), artist signature. It has been professionally framed in a gilded frame with a gray mat, it is ready to hang. Delightful artwork, perfect as Asian decor, or a very generous gift for an oriental collector.
