Royal Worcester, founded in 1751, introduced the Evesham Gold pattern in 1961, naming it after a local Worcestershire plum variety; it remained in continuous production until it was discontinued in 2015, beloved throughout for its warm, abundant still-life of fruits and vegetables on brilliant white oven-to-table porcelain. This large round Evesham Gold baker is one of the most versatile pieces in the pattern — shallow enough to serve from, deep enough to bake in. The center is decorated with peaches, apples, and berries; the sides are ribbed. Stamped with the full Royal Warrant backstamp dated 1961.
