Details: This plate needs no introduction, it is the timeless pattern from Wedgwood called Jasperware. Jasperware was made in several colors including Cobalt Blue, Lavender, Green and perhaps others, this powdery blue is the most popular with collectors. This plate has several of the Neoclassical Greek Mythology figures all around the border in white relief porcelain. Hand wash only. This piece is dated and stamped on the back: "Wedgwood, Made in England 1956". This is the Bread & Butter plate size, however, these are mostly used as decor. Great size to corral small items like keys, coins, even on your vanity for bracelets, watches and necklaces.
