- Vintage Pennant, Saratoga Springs, NY Felt Pennant, Race Track, Travel Souvenir Pennant Flag, New York Memorabilia, Horse Racing, Equestrian, Jockeys on Racehorses, Vintage Collectibles, Wall Decor, RARE, (Discontinued)
- Made in USA
- Vintage: 1940's - early 1950's (estimated)
- Details: Such a fun pennant and extremely RARE! It is from the Saratoga Springs Racetrack in New York. It is a green and yellow felt with two Jockeys on Racehorses going for the finish line. Above them it reads: "At the race track" We estimate this pennant to be from the 1940's, based on several points: its construction, it is wool felt, the image style, the fact that it's only 4 colors (in the mid 1940's and early 50's, 3 and 4 colors started to be used). But we are not experts, if the date is important to you, please do your own research. This is a great addition to a pennant, memorabilia or souvenir collection. Perfect for someone who loves horse and horseracing, a family room, kids room or a pennant, or New York memorabilia, collector.
- Material: Wool Felt
- Dimensions: 26.0 inches Long, (not including tassels/streamers). 8.25 inches Wide
- Condition: Vintage - Used. Very Good Vintage Condition considering its age. There are no holes. Slight discoloration on the green wool, the screen printed image remains in very good condition, including the colors. A little wrinkling on the wool. All issues are acceptable due to age/use/wear. Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns. Please remember these are VINTAGE and ANTIQUE items, every effort has been made to show any scratches, wear and tear and imperfections.
