We date this piece to the 1940s–early 1950s based on its construction, screen-printing texture, three-color palette, and lettering style — pennants from this period typically used only two or three colors before more elaborate palettes became standard by the mid-1950s. If precise dating matters to you, we'd encourage independent research.
