• Details:  A charming vintage original by Roberta McDowell, this hand-painted and signed wall plaque, captures a whimsical blue bird perched on a branch, in bright, retro tones. Roberta McDowell is an American artist.  Born in Wyoming, her parents moved to Southern California when she was just two years old.  Originally started her art career doing stitchery, she has developed her own style, some call "hippie folk-art" and easily identified by the whimsical, bright colors and light hearted subjects she chooses.
